White House Parodies AMC Ad Using Generative AI

The White House released a social media video on Monday night that parodies a popular AMC Theatres advertisement featuring Nicole Kidman. The clip uses generative AI to replace Kidman's dialogue with the phrase "We come to this place for MAGA," accompanied by orchestral music from the original ad. The imagery depicts President Donald Trump signing executive orders and speaking at rallies, ending with a title card that reads "MAGA: Welcome to the Golden Age" in a font resembling the AMC logo.

AMC Theatres and Nicole Kidman have not yet commented on the use of their intellectual property. This incident continues a pattern of the Trump administration using copyrighted music and imagery without permission.
