Tinubu Reaffirms Economic Reforms at PBAT Movement Inauguration

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu reaffirmed his commitment to national economic reforms during the inauguration of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement in Abuja on July 9, 2026. These remarks coincided with the launch of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, a grassroots mobilization platform initiated by High Chief Government Ekpemupolo. The movement is designed to promote government policies directly to households, attempting to bridge the communication gap between the administration and the public regarding the economic impact of its policies.

The initiative aims to strengthen democratic participation and national unity through disciplined engagement. By shifting the narrative of the 'Renewed Hope' agenda from high-level policy to household-level outreach, the administration seeks to mitigate public discontent over rising living costs while maintaining the trajectory of its structural economic changes.
