Nvidia Corporation Projects Data Center Spending to Reach $4 Trillion
Nvidia Corporation forecasts global data center spending will hit $4 trillion by 2030 as agentic AI drives demand for GPUs and infrastructure.
Nvidia Corporation projects that global data center capital expenditures will rise to between $3 trillion and $4 trillion by 2030. This forecast is driven by AI hyperscalers generating real revenue, new AI investments from China, and Europe's entry into the AI build-out. The company currently captures more than one-third of all global AI spending.
CEO Jensen Huang identified a significant inflection point in the industry marked by the emergence of agentic AI. Huang stated that this transition began approximately six months ago, shifting the focus from training models to deploying agents capable of solving real-world problems. He also highlighted a future opportunity in physical AI, which involves integrating these agents into robotics.
These technological shifts continue to drive demand for Nvidia Corporation GPUs. The company forecasts revenue of $78 billion, representing a 77% increase from the previous year. Based on the current pace of infrastructure expansion, analysts suggest the company could potentially exceed $1 trillion in revenue and $500 billion in profits by 2030.
