Donald Trump Schedules Rallies in Georgia and South Carolina

President Donald Trump is conducting a series of campaign stops to support Republican candidates in key states. He will hold a rally in Dalton, Georgia, on Friday, October 17, at the Dalton Municipal Airport at 3 p.m. Eastern Time. During this event, he will campaign alongside Congressman Mike Collins and gubernatorial candidate Rick Jackson to help maintain GOP control of the Senate, particularly as Collins trails Senator Jon Ossoff in recent polling.

Additionally, Trump is planning a visit to Greenville, South Carolina, on Wednesday, October 21, to support Senator Darline Graham. While Greenville County Republican Party Chairman Jeff Davis stated the visit will occur, Senator Graham described the rally as a "strong possibility" that has not yet been finalized.

Local authorities in South Carolina are already preparing for the event. Greenville County Sheriff Lewis confirmed that a candidate visit is scheduled for a closed venue and is coordinating security with the United States Secret Service and Spartanburg County Sheriff Bill Rhyne. Secret Service personnel are expected to arrive by the end of the week to begin briefings and security planning.
