Documentary Reveals Lindsey Graham's Role in Iran Military Strikes

Unreleased documentary footage from a project titled "Lindsey's Game" reveals that the late Lindsey Graham led a multipronged campaign to persuade President Donald Trump to launch Operation Epic Fury, a series of military strikes against Iran in February 2026. In the recordings, Graham celebrates the airstrikes, stating he "almost cried" and describing Trump as a "great wartime president" who was "jacked" by the operation.

The footage, captured by filmmaker Alex Holder, shows Graham attempting to expand the conflict by urging Trump to join Israel in bombing Hezbollah sites in Lebanon. However, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dissuaded these efforts, warning that expanding the war to include Hezbollah was not in Israel's interest and that the focus should remain on Iran.

Graham is also seen expressing frustration with Trump's special envoys, Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, whom he described as "too conflicted" to manage negotiations. The recordings capture Graham making inaccurate predictions that the Iranian regime would lose control of various cities within weeks of the strikes. Senator Graham died in July 2026 at age 71, shortly after completing interviews for the documentary.
