Russia Escalates Missile Strikes as Peace Negotiations Collapse

The Federal Government of Russia is escalating military operations against Ukraine, launching massive strikes on Kyiv and ports in Odesa, Chornomorsk, and Reni. Moscow has determined that existing peace frameworks have collapsed, including a previous understanding reached between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump in Alaska.
