The DOJ is suing 29 states for unredacted voter rolls, telling a court that absent a judicial determination "there is no other process to ensure a fair election in 2026" ^[3]. DHS has subpoenaed all 254 Texas counties for voter records ^[4]. The FBI has surged 260 analysts to Fulton County, Georgia, to review 2020 election records — each assigned roughly 708 records to search for "derogatory information, associations, and business activities" ^[5]. The enforcement apparatus is aimed at domestic voter rolls and local election workers, not at Beijing. The intelligence community's own assessment cuts against the premise.
